Finite Element Analysis: We use Nastran to perform our FE analysis and life prediction.

Welding Engineering: Interactive Rides wil supply the correct weld and has the quality control procedure in place to ensure the welds performed will be what was specified.

Data Collection: We collect stress/strain gauge data, G-force data , speed data etc. and turn the data into useful information. We can perform life predictions on parts , letting you know if the part will break.

Failure Analysis: Like most labs we determine why a part failed. We take it one step further and give solutions to prevent future failures.

Control Systems: We provide upgrades to existing or build new control systems. We offer Allen-Bradley systems with state of the art redundancy.
