Finite Element Analysis: We use NASTRAN to perform our FE analysis and life prediction.
Welding Engineering: Interactive Rides will supply the correct weld and has the quality control procedure in place to ensure the welds will meet or surpass quality requirements and expectations.
Data Collection: We collect stress/strain gauge data, G-force data, speed data etc. and turn the data into useful information. We can perform life predictions on parts, letting you know if the part will break.
Failure Analysis: Like most labs we determine why a part failed. We take it one step further and give solutions to prevent future failures.
Control Systems: We can provide upgrades to existing control systems or build new systems. We offer Allen-Bradley systems with state of the art redundancy.
